Calling those with a few years’ experience who would like to widen their knowledge, as well as graduates or those who have just finished their apprenticeship! We would like to support you get onto the right career path and strengthen your skills.

These Career Starter positions will provide the perfect avenue to put your acquired or previous knowledge into practice, as well as enable you to contribute with ideas and opinions in an environment that is both diverse and inclusive.

Experienced Talent

We look towards experienced talent from various functions who can contribute with their feedback on our processes, procedures, and systems. These individuals have a clear visibility of the company's values and what it seeks to achieve. With them on board, we can continue to aspire towards further growth.

Graduate Programme

Being fresh out of university or college can be overwhelming, especially with so many career options to be pursued. At Foster Clark Products Ltd., we seek to nurture potential and channel it to where it can flourish. Through our Graduate Programme, we enable newly Graduates to gain a 360° view of how a successful business within this industry should operate.

During our two-year Graduate Programme, you will have the chance to gain experience in at least three different departments, get acquainted with their remit, processes, and procedures, and understand how these are linked and connected. Along the way, you would be able to assess which function is best suited for your strengths as well as your aspirations.

The Graduate Programme is for driven Graduates, who are equipped with the right knowledge, are keen to gain practical experience, and are brimming with the right energy to excel.

Internships

Interning at a company not only helps you turn academic knowledge into practice, but also grows your professional network, whilst boosting your confidence as well as your CV!

We offer internships in various functions including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, amongst others. Many successful employees within our company started off as interns and continued as Graduates Associates, or took up a 'Career Starter' position, that enabled them to climb the ranks to now enjoy a very satisfying career with us. All work and no play, makes for a rather boring work life. Not with us, as we truly believe in the importance of celebrating our successes together. Our Social Committee has a reputation for throwing awesome parties. Each year we come together for our Rooftop Parties, our Summer Party, our Kids’ Christmas Party, and our Company Christmas Party where together we enjoy good food, beverages, and music.

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, the Factory Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of a manufacturing site and coordination with all stakeholders to achieve established KPIs with a commitment toward continuous improvement.
